Job Summary

Providing day-to-day technical support, the full-time Senior Technical Support Engineer will troubleshoot AI responses, agentic workflows, and API integrations for customers using the Moveworks ServiceNow platform in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver technical support to customers, addressing issues related to AI responses, workflows, and integrations
  • Analyze logs and telemetry to identify root causes of problems and document defects for tracking
  • Triage support tickets and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolutions and adherence to SLAs
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in customer-facing technical support or similar roles
  • Experience with the ServiceNow platform and enterprise integrations
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and debugging integration issues
  • Ability to analyze logs and use monitoring tools such as Kibana and Grafana
