Job Summary

To tackle complex technical challenges and drive innovation, the full-time remote Senior Technical Support Engineer will solve intricate issues, support product integrations, and collaborate with global teams to enhance customer experiences.

Key responsibilities
  • Solve complex technical issues and deliver effective solutions for customers
  • Support product integrations across cloud services, databases, and networks
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve products and customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise software in SaaS, cloud, or hybrid environments
  • Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues in partnership with engineering teams
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, and networking troubleshooting
  • Skilled in analyzing diagnostic data to identify root causes
  • At least one current, role-relevant cloud certification (or ability to achieve within 90 days)
