Job Summary

Focused on delivering high-quality customer outcomes, the full-time Senior Technical Support Engineer will provide Tier 2/3 technical support for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform issues, troubleshoot complex technical scenarios, and collaborate with global teams to resolve customer incidents.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead cross-team collaboration for resolving complex customer scenarios and provide advanced troubleshooting using various technical tools
  • Influence process improvements and collaborate with teams to enhance product serviceability and operational effectiveness
  • Develop and deliver advanced readiness materials and training to enhance team capabilities and support ongoing learning
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years of technical support or consulting experience
  • Experience with Microsoft ERP Systems such as Dynamics 365, SAP, or similar
  • Familiarity with programming fundamentals and ability to read/write code in languages like C# and SQL
  • Understanding of Azure-based environments and experience supporting cloud-based solutions
  • Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements, including citizenship verification
