Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Representative (6am-2pm EST).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast and effective customer support via email, troubleshooting bugs and documenting feature requests
  • Assist customers in getting started with the product and elevate the voice of the customer within the team
  • Occasionally engage with customers via phone to provide necessary assistance
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in customer-facing roles at a SaaS business, preferably in healthcare technology
  • Strong foundational understanding of technical concepts such as single sign-on, billing, and modern browsers
  • Excellent writing skills to simplify complex subjects for customers
  • Organized and self-directed, thriving in independent work environments
  • Proficient with tools like Help Scout, Stripe, and Mixpanel
