Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Representative (6am-2pm EST).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide fast and effective customer support via email, troubleshooting bugs and documenting feature requests
- Assist customers in getting started with the product and elevate the voice of the customer within the team
- Occasionally engage with customers via phone to provide necessary assistance
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in customer-facing roles at a SaaS business, preferably in healthcare technology
- Strong foundational understanding of technical concepts such as single sign-on, billing, and modern browsers
- Excellent writing skills to simplify complex subjects for customers
- Organized and self-directed, thriving in independent work environments
- Proficient with tools like Help Scout, Stripe, and Mixpanel
