Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to field representatives on products through various communication channels
  • Collaborate with R&D to resolve complex technical issues and provide feedback on new product releases
  • Assist in training and mentoring new Sales Representatives and perform various other assigned tasks
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science preferred or equivalent technical expertise
  • Thorough knowledge of relevant products and technical support processes
  • 2+ years of experience in a Technical Support role
  • Proficiency with Windows Operating systems
  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and multi-task effectively
