Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to field representatives on products through various communication channels
- Collaborate with R&D to resolve complex technical issues and provide feedback on new product releases
- Assist in training and mentoring new Sales Representatives and perform various other assigned tasks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science preferred or equivalent technical expertise
- Thorough knowledge of relevant products and technical support processes
- 2+ years of experience in a Technical Support role
- Proficiency with Windows Operating systems
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and multi-task effectively
