Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to Tier 1 and 2 Tech Support agents
- Handle customer escalations and collaborate with the R&D team to resolve complex cases
- Assist in training and mentoring support team members while gathering data on support issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science preferred or equivalent experience
- Thorough knowledge of products and technical support processes
- 2+ years of experience in a Technical Support role
- Familiarity with Windows Operating systems
- Ability to operate tools such as screwdrivers and Allen wrenches
