Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Application & Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and lead root cause analysis efforts
  • Serve as an escalation point for client issues and mentor junior staff
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product support and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience with healthcare products in technical support or development
  • Strong understanding of Healthcare Costing
  • Experience with Axiom Financial/Decision Support application
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft technologies, especially Excel
  • Working knowledge of SQL and experience with case management tools
