Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and lead root cause analysis efforts
- Serve as an escalation point for client issues and mentor junior staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product support and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience with healthcare products in technical support or development
- Strong understanding of Healthcare Costing
- Experience with Axiom Financial/Decision Support application
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft technologies, especially Excel
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience with case management tools
