Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to Tier 1 and 2 Tech Support agents
  • Handle customer escalations and collaborate with the R&D team to resolve complex cases
  • Assist in testing new product releases and mentor support team members
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science preferred or equivalent technical expertise
  • Thorough knowledge of relevant products and technical support processes
  • 2+ years of experience in a Technical Support role
  • Familiarity with Windows Operating systems
  • Ability to operate tools such as screwdrivers and Allen wrenches for equipment adjustments
