Key Responsibilities
- Provide escalated technical assistance to customers through various communication channels

- Mentor engineers and develop technical training content while collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer service
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a technical discipline
- 10+ years of experience in technical support and troubleshooting customer-reported issues
- 10+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL and Windows operating systems
- 7+ years of scripting experience in languages such as Java, Python, C#, and SQL
- Ability to work extended hours and participate in after-hours call rotation
