Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide escalated technical assistance to customers through various communication channels
  • Diagnose complex technical problems and assist with crisis management for high visibility issues
  • Mentor engineers and develop technical training content while collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer service


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a technical discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in technical support and troubleshooting customer-reported issues
  • 10+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL and Windows operating systems
  • 7+ years of scripting experience in languages such as Java, Python, C#, and SQL
  • Ability to work extended hours and participate in after-hours call rotation
