Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Technical Support Specialist, Informatics - 2nd Shift - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical phone troubleshooting and consulting for clinical laboratory and IT customers
  • Investigate issues to identify root causes and communicate product issues and improvements
  • Document customer interactions and classify complaints according to FDA requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Advanced specialized expertise in an analytical/scientific area
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
  • AA Degree required
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and detailed documentation
  • Effective exchange of ideas and information with tact and diplomacy
