Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Technical Support Specialist, Informatics - 2nd Shift - REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical phone troubleshooting and consulting for clinical laboratory and IT customers
- Investigate issues to identify root causes and communicate product issues and improvements
- Document customer interactions and classify complaints according to FDA requirements
Required Qualifications
- Advanced specialized expertise in an analytical/scientific area
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
- AA Degree required
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and detailed documentation
- Effective exchange of ideas and information with tact and diplomacy
