A company is looking for a Senior Application & Technical Support Specialist (Financial Institutions).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application guidance and technical support for financial planning, forecasting, and reporting workflows
• Investigate and resolve complex customer issues related to data, calculations, integrations, and system performance
• Build relationships with finance and operations stakeholders to understand business needs and enhance system usage

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in financial operations or financial systems support at a bank or credit union
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, or reporting systems
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical and data-related issues
• Familiarity with SQL or data structures is a plus
