Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Services & Ongoing Support Specialist (TSOS) for the Touch Surgery Ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier 2 technical support for surgical video capture, livestreaming, and cloud connectivity issues
  • Support customers throughout the full lifecycle, including pre-sales, implementation, and post-go live
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in technical support or customer-facing roles, or an advanced degree with 2+ years of experience
  • Experience engaging with hospital IT teams and clinicians
  • Prior experience supporting technology in healthcare or regulated environments
  • Strong troubleshooting experience with software and hardware in live production environments
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and network infrastructure
