Senior Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customer inquiries related to Atomic Spectroscopy products
• Perform remote diagnostics on complex equipment and software systems to resolve technical issues
• Mentor colleagues and support operational excellence by maintaining accurate service records and participating in training programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, or related discipline
• Five years of experience in a support or analytical laboratory environment with atomic spectroscopy instrumentation
• Experience with at least two of the following technologies: AA, ICP-OES, ICP-MS
• Proficiency in standard computing tools for documentation and analysis
• Ability to safely execute technical work and interpret technical documents
