Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the highest-level escalation point for the global support organization
  • Troubleshoot, reproduce, and resolve complex customer problems
  • Collaborate with the Development team to identify bugs and define customer requests
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years' experience in a Tier 3, Senior Software Support / Technical Engineer role
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot complex code
  • Experience with Windows, Linux, and MacOS troubleshooting
  • Endpoint security troubleshooting experience is highly regarded
