Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the highest-level escalation point for the global support organization
- Troubleshoot, reproduce, and resolve complex customer problems
- Collaborate with the Development team to identify bugs and define customer requests
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' experience in a Tier 3, Senior Software Support / Technical Engineer role
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot complex code
- Experience with Windows, Linux, and MacOS troubleshooting
- Endpoint security troubleshooting experience is highly regarded
