Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior Technical Support Specialist, the successful candidate will investigate and resolve complex customer-reported issues related to data integration and workflows, utilizing SQL and Python to ensure optimal performance of the Inpatient Flow platform.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze SQL queries and Python code to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, collaborating with Data Engineering and Product teams
  • Communicate effectively with customers experiencing urgent production issues, providing clear updates on status and resolutions
  • Document issues in Jira and contribute to knowledge bases and troubleshooting playbooks to enhance team efficiency
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing technical support role managing production issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong SQL proficiency for diagnosing and resolving critical customer issues
  • Familiarity with Python to identify bugs and logic errors in production code
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex problems with incomplete data and drive issues to resolution
  • Experience documenting issues and coordinating cross-functional teams for issue resolution
