To support the scaling of engineering, product, and design teams, the full-time Senior Technical Talent Partner will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, employing a strategic and data-informed approach to attract and hire top talent while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to design and execute effective hiring strategies aligned with team goals
- Source, assess, and hire high-caliber talent across product, design, and engineering teams through strategic outreach
- Champion the candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process
Required qualifications
- BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in product and engineering roles within high-growth environments
- Proven success in sourcing and closing senior-level technical talent
- Experience recruiting across international or global markets is a plus
- Ability to adapt strategies based on geographic nuances and business needs
