Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Trainer to deliver impactful training for technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging virtual and in-person technical training for internal teams, partners, and customers
• Build and maintain course materials, ensuring content reflects current releases and industry best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and create training that enhances product proficiency

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical training, solutions engineering, or systems administration
• Strong understanding of PKI, certificates, CLM, and related security technologies
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and content authoring tools
• Experience building structured training materials and delivering engaging technical training
• Familiarity with scripting/automation languages such as Python or PowerShell
