Job Summary

Bringing security training programs to life, the full-time Senior Technical Trainer will design, deliver, and enhance technical learning experiences remotely, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development for cybersecurity professionals.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct needs analysis with subject matter experts to identify performance gaps and develop structured learning solutions
• Design and maintain modular technical learning experiences, including self-paced content and live training sessions
• Assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, refining content to improve learning outcomes

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in designing and delivering technical training in a cybersecurity or complex technical environment
• Proven ability to translate technical security concepts into accessible learning experiences for diverse audiences
• Experience with modern training tools and LMS platforms
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment while creating structured training programs
• Strong content creation skills with a focus on instructor-led facilitation
