Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Training Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop customer enablement and education courseware for open source and commercial solutions
• Design complex scenarios and create engaging hands-on material for diverse technical audiences
• Troubleshoot training platforms and provide guidance to other teams on issues

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of DevOps tools and methodologies
• Expertise in containers, orchestration, Linux, or public cloud services
• Fluency in 1-2 programming languages (Bash, Python, Go) and ability to author YAML- or Markdown-based content
• 3+ years of experience instructing and simplifying complex concepts for various audiences
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and deliver advanced technical training
