Senior Technical Training Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Onshape Technical Training team, the full-time Senior Technical Training Engineer will create engaging training materials, including CAD models and documentation, and execute live and recorded product training in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Become an Onshape product expert and trusted advisor
• Create realistic, detailed CAD models for training purposes
• Continuously develop new skills and learn new features and product offerings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience
• Minimum 3-5 years working in an engineering role or for an engineering software company
• Experience with engineering software such as CAD, PDM, PLM, CAM, FEA, etc
• Experience providing software product training
• Video creation experience with Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or similar software
