Job Summary

Senior Technical Training Manager is a full-time position responsible for leading technical training initiatives for solutions architects and partners, focusing on innovative technology and education.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead assessments of technical training requests and manage the governance process for training initiatives
• Collaborate with curriculum teams to adapt training materials for partner needs and co-instruct workshops
• Manage the training programs team and support the rollout of onboarding and training frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 12+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in technical training or program management
• Working proficiency with NVIDIA's technology stack or ability to master complex technical platforms
• Proven success in driving alignment across a matrixed organization
• Experience presenting technical content to diverse audiences
