Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Training Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical training team to implement best practices and process improvements
• Act as a training lead for large transportation projects, assessing customer needs and defining training plans
• Develop and deliver training materials and conduct formal training sessions on software applications and devices

Required Qualifications

• Four-year degree in electronics, engineering, or computer science
• Minimum of six years of experience in developing and delivering technical training
• Experience leading training teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with networking architecture
• Able to develop technical materials for web-based deployment using standard development tools
