Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Writer to develop customer documentation for cybersecurity products.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise, and complete step-by-step procedures for cybersecurity products and solutions
• Create screenshots and network diagrams to explain/enhance topics
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to improve documentation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in writing, editing, researching, and planning technical documentation
• Experience with networking, security, and cloud solutions; background in cybersecurity is a plus
• Ability to write content using Sphinx and GitLab, adhering to existing style guides
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• Strong technical skills and effective collaboration with globally distributed teams
