Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Writer who will manage the full content lifecycle for marketing and digital experience teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and govern content strategy, including information architecture and style guides
• Create and maintain various documentation types such as tutorials, API references, and troubleshooting guides
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation meets user needs and track engagement metrics for optimization

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience as a technical writer for SaaS or developer-focused products
• Proven success in building persona-based Help Centers and Developer Portals
• Expertise in docs-as-code workflows, static-site generators, and automated publishing
• Ability to read and understand sample code and translate it for non-developers
• Experience with analytics to enhance documentation discoverability and effectiveness
