Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Writer to develop technical enablement resources for various audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit technically accurate, high-quality content
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to create documentation and user interfaces
• Maintain and update content as the product evolves and provide mentorship to other writers

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical writing experience for a SaaS/PaaS company
• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing/Communication, or related field
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Proficiency with technical writing tools and knowledge of server-oriented architectures
• Experience documenting APIs and familiarity with knowledge management systems is a plus
