Senior Technical Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Writer to produce documentation for developer audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce API and programming content in alignment with product development teams and style guidelines
• Collaborate with product engineering, product management, and integration teams to create API documentation and programming guides

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, technical communications, computer science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a technical writer for a developer audience in an Agile software environment
• Proven experience writing user-centered API and programming documentation
• Experience with Markdown or other markup languages, and familiarity with one or more programming languages
• Ability to work in US time zones, preferably Central Standard Time
