Senior Technical Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Writer to contribute to the development of technical writing functions and support project goals with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with stakeholders and mentor design team members
• Translate complex data into user-friendly text for various publications and conduct quality reviews of materials
• Collaborate with multi-disciplined teams to facilitate discussions and articulate goals for project delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related technical discipline and 5+ years of experience, or 13 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience creating documentation, instruction manuals, and technical materials
• Proficiency in reviewing and writing API documentation for clarity and accuracy
• Extensive experience with writing principles, relevant technologies, and design software such as Figma or Adobe
• Ability to establish guidance and processes for documentation and user communications
