Senior Technical Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Writer to support the development of policy and procedural documents related to AI governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the drafting of procedural documents based on key messages and input from subject matter experts
• Edit documents and incorporate reviewer comments while leading reconciliation meetings for alignment
• Track feedback and manage multiple document updates, ensuring clarity and compliance with internal standards

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant medical writing or technical writing experience of policies or procedural documents
• BS degree required; Master's degree or higher preferred
• Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or data science organization preferred
• Knowledge of AI regulations and data privacy frameworks is strongly preferred
• Certifications related to procedural document writing or data science are preferred
