Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Writer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop technical documentation including online help and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate documentation meets customer needs
- Manage multiple projects from conception to completion while maintaining stakeholder relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a technical writer in a high-tech environment
- Solid understanding of telecommunication networking concepts and standards
- Experience with MadCap Flare or similar authoring tools, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Windows
- Strong technical aptitude and experience with structured authoring concepts
