Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Writer, AI Search.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and maintain user-focused technical documentation for multiple product features or applications
• Provide input to shape future content strategy for the product or business unit supported
• Contribute to the evolution of content development processes, DITA-based information model, and writing standards

Required Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
• Understanding of content development life cycles and processes
• 4+ years of experience in technical communication
• Experience with DITA or another XML-based structured authoring architecture
• Ability to independently plan, create, and deliver documentation in a fast-paced environment
