Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Writer to develop technical content for Federal government proposals and requests for information.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze Federal government solicitations to identify technical requirements and submission instructions
• Collaborate with various teams to develop technical proposal outlines and content schedules
• Edit, proofread, and format technical content to ensure quality and compliance with guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical proposal writing for state or federal government clients
• Experience with proposal automation/database software and AI writing tools
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and document management tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with federal government healthcare market and regulations is preferred
