Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement a documentation strategy within a cross-functional organization
• Transform complex technical material into clear and concise documentation for various audiences
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to develop and maintain high-quality customer-focused documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience
• At least 10 years of experience writing technical documentation for software solutions
• At least 3 years of experience with Markdown and Git
• 5+ years of experience working with documentation authoring tools
• Experience writing in an Agile software development process
