Senior Technical Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Professional Technical Writer to support innovative technology solutions in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the full product development life cycle, including complex product design tasks and release testing
• Investigate defects identified by quality assurance and product support teams
• Design and develop end-user training courses to address knowledge gaps in client products

Required Qualifications

• 6 or more years of technical experience in product design and support, preferably in health and human services
• Knowledge of technology architecture, product development life cycle, and cloud technologies
• Experience with relational databases and software development skills across modules
• Willingness to lead, take ownership of work, and mentor junior colleagues
• Ability to anticipate problems and resolve ambiguous issues effectively
