Senior Technical Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Writer to join their documentation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain public documentation, including user guides, API references, and troubleshooting guides
• Champion the reader experience by testing workflows and identifying areas for improvement
• Collaborate across teams to gather technical information and feedback while working in a docs-as-code environment

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience writing technical documentation for developer tools, APIs, or security products
• Hands-on experience with Git-based workflows, Markdown, and static site generators
• Ability to read and understand front-end code and at least one programming language such as Go, Python, or Java
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
• Strong focus on user experience and the ability to organize complex information logically
