Key Responsibilities

• Architect and own the Information Architecture for API documentation, ensuring scalability and clarity
• Build and maintain the API documentation platform, enabling efficient contributions from engineers
• Translate complex engineering concepts into understandable documentation for developers

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in API documentation for B2B or infrastructure products
• Proficient in Markdown, Git, and CI/CD workflows, treating documentation as software
• Strong understanding of distributed system concepts and the ability to read code
• Experience simplifying complex concepts into clear guides
• Familiarity with financial services or fintech, specifically in payments or banking APIs
