Key Responsibilities

• Own and elevate product documentation and technical customer communications
• Design and deliver high-impact content for data practitioners
• Define and implement documentation strategies to set new industry standards

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical writing experience in Software Platform or B2B SaaS companies
• 4+ years of experience in ETL, data engineering, data prep, data analytics, or business analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• Proficiency in markdown and version control in GitHub, with experience in Figma
• Basic coding skills and experience with SDKs, APIs, and CLIs
