Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Writer to create and maintain user-friendly documentation for their medication management platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a wide range of technical documentation, including user guides and API guides
• Research and gather information from subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and clarity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify documentation needs and prioritize projects

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices
• Proficiency using various authoring tools and content management systems
• Experience creating microlearning assets, such as short videos and tooltips
