Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Writer.

Key Responsibilities

• Interview subject-matter experts to gather information for technical documentation and training content development
• Create and maintain comprehensive user training materials and technical documentation to support products and services
• Measure training content effectiveness through user analytics and feedback to continuously improve learning outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience defining, writing, and/or editing technical content
• 3+ years of experience creating user training materials, including instructional content and tutorial development
• Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS for web-based content creation
• Experience with AI tools for content creation, including Large Language Models
• Familiarity with Agile development methodology and iterative content development
