Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional and client teams to create and maintain project and system documentation
• Produce deliverables and documentation in partnership with business unit leadership and associates

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in documenting processes and using flow diagramming tools
• 8+ years as a technical writer with experience in secure data processing and operational processes
• 5+ years of experience with data warehousing, Oracle Database, SQL, and related tools
• 3+ years of experience organizing and maintaining SharePoint
