Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Writer Associate to drive client-facing documentation for the Strata platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own strategy, creation, and maintenance of client-facing technical documentation for the Strata platform
• Drive large-scale modernization and cleanup of legacy and current documentation
• Partner with product and stakeholders to prioritize high-impact documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience may be considered
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience
• Experience managing documentation lifecycle from discovery through publication
• Knowledge of documentation standards, governance, and quality controls
• Ability to translate complex technical systems into clear, usable content
