Senior Technical Writer

Job Summary

To support the Wired Applications team, the contract Senior Technical Writer will create and maintain technical documentation for complex networking products while collaborating with global cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, and maintain various technical documentation including User Guides and Release Notes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on deliverables and identify risks early
• Manage project timelines independently, ensuring timely completion and proactive communication of schedule risks

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical writing, particularly in the networking domain
• Hands-on experience with AI documentation tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Rovo
• Familiarity with structured authoring tools and CCMS platforms like oXygen and Heretto
• Strong understanding of documentation standards and information architecture
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
