Senior Technical Writer

Job Summary

Embedded within product teams, the full-time Senior Technical Writer will take ownership of documentation for key areas of the platform, collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to ensure clarity and accuracy while becoming a subject matter expert in agentic orchestration.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive documentation efforts for specific product areas, ensuring alignment with product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create accurate and timely documentation that reflects real-world usage
• Continuously improve documentation structure and content based on user feedback and analytics

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of technical writing experience with a strong portfolio of developer-focused content
• Hands-on expertise with Java, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and related technologies
• Experience writing about AI concepts and emerging technologies
• Familiarity with Docs-as-Code workflows and documentation frameworks like Docusaurus
• Ability to tailor content for diverse technical audiences, including software engineers and business analysts
