Senior Technical Writer

Job Summary

Owning complex documentation initiatives end to end, the remote Senior Technical Writer will plan, write, and improve highly technical documentation while collaborating with software engineers and product managers in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the planning, writing, and continuous improvement of technical documentation, including configuration and deployment guides
• Collaborate with stakeholders to extract technical details and drive review cycles, ensuring timely feedback and alignment
• Evaluate content for AI consumability and contribute to documentation standards and peer review processes

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of technical writing experience with a strong portfolio of developer-facing documentation
• Experience with documentation for complex SaaS, cloud, or data platform products
• Proficiency in docs-as-code workflows, including Git/GitHub and Markdown
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience
• Strong interest in content architecture and emerging documentation platform tooling
