Senior Technical Writer
Job Summary
To support the development of technical services, the full-time Senior Technical Writer will enhance Swagger documentation, create comprehensive API documentation, and develop visual artifacts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Enhance and refine existing Swagger documentation for accuracy and usability
- Create comprehensive technical documentation for new services, including API references and implementation guidance
- Develop sequence diagrams and other technical visuals to clarify complex service interactions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing or documentation, preferably in software development or API environments
- Hands-on experience with Swagger/OpenAPI documentation
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-focused documentation
- Experience developing technical documentation assets like sequence diagrams and system flows
- Prior experience supporting partner onboarding or customer enablement is preferred
