Senior Technical Writer

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Lead Technical Writer, this full-time remote position will manage the development and governance of clear, customer-centered documentation across the Managed & Professional Services portfolio, collaborating with various teams to translate complex service capabilities into usable content.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, planning, creation, editing, governance, and maintenance of technical and product documentation
• Create comprehensive documentation including product definitions, service descriptions, and implementation guides
• Establish documentation standards and practices while conducting content audits and mentoring other writers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Communications, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive experience in technical writing or content strategy, with a focus on complex documentation initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to write for cloud-based, network, security, or enterprise technology offerings
• Strong understanding of product development and operational readiness practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and experience in modern content management platforms
