Senior Technical Writer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Technical Writer will create complex technical content, own information architecture, and lead content reviews while mentoring writing staff in a dynamic healthcare technology environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Creates architecture guides, API documentation, and conceptual content in collaboration with engineering teams
• Manages structural information architecture, template systems, and content frameworks to ensure quality standards
• Mentors junior writers and reviews technically complex content for consistency and clarity

Required qualifications:

• 7-10+ years of technical writing experience in a software, cloud, or platform engineering environment
• 5+ years of experience writing high-impact documentation such as architecture guides and API references
• 3-5+ years of collaboration with engineering teams in an agile or matrixed environment
• 3+ years of experience in leading information architecture and content structure
• 2-3+ years of reviewing and editing complex technical content for quality and consistency
