Job Summary

A company in the Information Technology industry is looking for a Senior Technical Writer.

Position Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain technical documentation including user manuals, training materials, and installation guides
Collect, analyze, and organize technical information required for documentation
Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex concepts into clear and concise documentation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Minimum 6 years producing technical and graphical documentation for IT environments
Minimum 3 years with IT systems and documenting Federally created software
Minimum 3 years producing user guides
3+ years working in an agile environment is preferred
