Senior Technical Writer

Job Summary

A company in the Information Technology industry is looking for a Senior Technical Writer.

Position Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including user manuals, training materials, and installation guides
• Collect, analyze, and organize technical information required for documentation
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex concepts into clear and concise documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum 6 years producing technical and graphical documentation for IT environments
• Minimum 3 years with IT systems and documenting Federally created software
• Minimum 3 years producing user guides
• 3+ years working in an agile environment is preferred
