Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Writer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain customer-facing technical content, including product documentation, release notes, customer onboarding materials, and knowledge base articles
• Develop and manage a technical writing backlog and status tracking dashboard
• Ensure high-quality technical content creation, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in technical content development within a technology organization
• Strong knowledge and experience in quality content development and technical writing
• Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS and technical writing in technology companies
• Ability to work under strict deadlines with limited resources
• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in technical writing within a technology organization
