Senior Technical Writer - Banking

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Writer/BSA with expertise in the banking domain and storytelling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end architecture narratives and engaging documentation connecting business drivers, architecture decisions, program execution, risks, and outcomes
• Create executive-ready narratives and leadership decks for various high-level meetings and updates
• Produce high-quality documentation related to core banking, lending, digital banking, and support client proposals and transformation roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, Documentation Lead, or Program Communication Specialist in the BFSI domain
• Exceptional storytelling and narrative-building skills
• Strong understanding of enterprise and solution architecture concepts and banking systems
• Proven ability to craft executive narratives and strategic presentations
• Experience in stakeholder management and creating high-level communication materials
