Senior Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in SAP IS-U.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop middleware interfaces to synchronize SAP IS-U service orders with third-party field service tools
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and validate functional processes while creating functional documentation
• Collaborate with solution architects and engineers to ensure alignment across business processes and support UAT and go-live readiness

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of techno-functional experience in enterprise systems or transformation programs
• Strong understanding of core business processes and system-enabled workflows
• Experience with functional design, configuration guidance, testing, and system troubleshooting
• Ability to manage multiple functional tasks and collaborate cross-functionally
